All seats for away travel must be booked in advance. We do not allow supporters to travel who just turn up at a designated pick up point.

Bookings can be made in person at the Shrimpers Trust Information Stand in the Shrimpers Bar prior to any home game, online in the travel section of the Trust Website, or by calling 07892 905338. We do not accept bookings by text message or email and these will not be processed.

Bookings will not be accepted after 22.00 on a Wednesday prior to a Saturday Game, or after 22.00 on a Saturday prior to a Midweek Game.

Travellers who do not cancel their booking and then do not show up for the coach trip will be required to pay for all future away travel at the time of booking. The decision of the Shrimpers Trust Travel Co-ordinator regarding this matter will be final.

Under 16’s are only allowed to travel if accompanied by an Adult. Unaccompanied under 16’s will be refused Travel.

All our Coaches are strictly Non Smoking.

UK Law states that Alcohol or Illegal Substances are not permitted on any football coaches. If any alcohol or any illegal substance is found on board our coaches the items will be confiscated & disposed of, and the offenders banned from all further Shrimpers Trust away match travel.

The Shrimpers Trust reserve the right not to accept anyone on its coaches whom it deems unfit to travel.

The Shrimpers Trust does not accept responsibility for any traveller once they have arrived at the destination and alighted from the coach.

The Shrimpers Trust does not accept liability for any loss or damage to any traveller’s possessions which they bring onto the coach.

Wherever possible Coaches will drop off and pick up travelling supporters from the same point, however if the pick up point is different to the drop off point please listen to the instructions given by your coach organiser.

Please return to your coach promptly after the game.

Inappropriate conduct on trust coaches will be reported to the committee who will consider appropriate disciplinary action.

Travellers are responsible for their own litter and should remove it from the coach for disposal. Carrier bags are provided for rubbish if required, however if excess rubbish is found on the coach floor or seats the person(s) responsible will be reported to the committee who will consider appropriate disciplinary action.

Coaches will only drop off at the designated stops on the return journey unless additional stops are authorised by the coach organiser.

The Shrimpers Trust reserve the right to change pick up points and times.

Cars parked at Roots Hall are left at the owner’s risk. The Shrimpers Trust and/or Southend United Football Club will not accept any liability for any damages or losses caused.
