As Southend United continues to develop it youth recruitment policy, the Club is looking for local accommodation for its talented young footballers for the forthcoming season.

All we ask for is a homely environment, with good access links to our training ground and Roots Hall. Players would require their own room, access to a bathroom, breakfast and an evening meal and their training kit washed daily.

For some of the players this would be their first stay away from home and therefore it is essential that they stay in a home that makes them feel welcome and secure.

We will require you to undertake an Enhanced CRB check prior to housing any player in accordance with Football League rules.
