EFL Trophy - Fans Focus Group
The Shrimpers Trust Board are very aware of supporters feelings regarding the re-vamped EFL Trophy and the inclusion of 16 Cat A Academy sides into the competition.

The initial proposals that were voted on by member Clubs of the EFL were ground breaking, but despite the financial boost given by the Premier League, they received at most a lukewarm reception from supporters.

Southend United in association with The Shrimpers Trust are holding a fans focus group to discuss matters surrounding the new format for the EFL Trophyat Roots Hall Stadium in The Blues Legends Lounge on Thursday 18th August and we are asking for a broad range of Blues fans to attend.
